haiku (again)

I am torn between
Thinking everything matters
And nothing matters

Pinball

An infinite number of pinball machines stand side to side,
flashing silently,
awaiting the day when the human race is born anew
and they are finally played;
the last player to lose a ball
will become a god for the next epoch.
